Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease and line your pan.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients in this order: Eggs, sugar, olive oil, orange juice and orange zest. Sift in flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix again but do not over mix.
Pour mixture into lined pan and give it a few taps against the counter to get rid of air bubbles.
Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool, sprinkle powder sugar and decorate with rosemary for the authentic look.
