Cut the melon into chunks, discarding the rind.

Slice each passion fruit in half.
Scoop out the pulp and seeds using a spoon and transfer them into a blender or a large jug.
Place the melon chunks into the blender or jug with the passion fruit pulp.
Add granulated sugar or honey according to your taste preferences.
Blend the fruits until smooth and well combined.
Place a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth over a large bowl or pitcher.
Pour the blended fruit mixture through the sieve to strain out any pulp and seeds, extracting the smooth juice.
Refrigerate the Agua Fresca de Melon with Passion Fruit for at least 1 hour to chill.
Before serving, stir the drink once more to ensure the flavors are well incorporated.
Optionally, add ice cubes to individual glasses to make the drink extra refreshing.
Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and added freshness, and your melon balls on a skewer.
