Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • Sweetener of choice to taste (optional)
  • Vanilla or almond extract optional
  • Fresh berries blueberries, blackberries, strawberries

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine chia seeds and milk.
  • Add sweetener and extract if desired.
  • Stir well to ensure chia seeds are evenly mixed.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  • Once set, stir the pudding and divide into servings.
  • Top with fresh berries and enjoy!

Notes

I really recommend to let it sit overnight, then the texture is best. 
Toppings give this recipe all the taste, so don't be shy. Add fresh berries, nuts, other seeds and/or honey if you like it sweet.
