Creamy Artichoke-Spinach Dip to share

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked spinach frozen spinach also works
  • 1 can artichoke hearts squeezed to remove excess liquid
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mozarella Cheese extra melt on top
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese extra to melt on top
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius. Grease your oven dish and set aside for later.
  • Make sure your veggies are prepped. Spinach should be thawed and easy to incorporate. Artichokes should be drained and cut into small chunks.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix the cheeses, yogurt, garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Add the spinach and artichokes to the mix.
  • Add all of your mixed ingredients into the greased oven dish. Top with extra mozzarella and parmesan.
  • Bake until the top looks golden. It should take around 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve warm with bread or tortilla chips.
