Goat Cheese Pizza With Apples, Beets and Fresh Sage
The perfect dinner to share. Goat cheese pizza topped with apples, beets and almonds. A fresh, quick and wholesome dish. Vegetarian.

- 1 pizza base or dough read blog post for recipe
- 1 apple sliced
- 1 cooked beet sliced
- 200 grams goat cheese
- 2 tbs sliced almonds
- bunch fresh sage
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 cup rugula optional
- balsamic glaze optional
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
In a lined baking tray, lay the pizza dough.
Add the sliced apples and beets throughout. Add the goat cheese all over the pizza.
Top the pizza with the almonds, fresh sage and oregano.
Bake until golden. Each oven is different, this pizza took 20 minutes. Check after the first 10 minutes.
(Optional) Top with rugula and balsamic glaze once out of the oven.
