Goat Cheese Pizza With Apples, Beets and Fresh Sage

The perfect dinner to share. Goat cheese pizza topped with apples, beets and almonds. A fresh, quick and wholesome dish. Vegetarian.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza base or dough read blog post for recipe
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1 cooked beet sliced
  • 200 grams goat cheese
  • 2 tbs sliced almonds
  • bunch fresh sage
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 cup rugula optional
  • balsamic glaze optional

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
  • In a lined baking tray, lay the pizza dough.
  • Add the sliced apples and beets throughout. Add the goat cheese all over the pizza.
  • Top the pizza with the almonds, fresh sage and oregano.
  • Bake until golden. Each oven is different, this pizza took 20 minutes. Check after the first 10 minutes.
  • (Optional) Top with rugula and balsamic glaze once out of the oven.
