Healthy Apple Crumble: GF, DF, Vegan

Ingredients
  

Crumble

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • 2 tbs coconut oil

Filling

  • 4 apples cut into small squares
  • 2 tbs cornstarch
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs Cinnamon
  • pinch Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Mix the filling ingredients and proceed adding the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
  • Mix the crumble ingredients and add the mixture on top of the filling.
  • Bake for an extra 20 minutes or until crumble is golden.
  • tip: serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
