quick tip: use 1 cup quick oats, 1 cup steel cut oats for better texture

maple syrup

coconut oil

chia seeds

tbs
pumpkin spice
Instructions
In a pan, toast the oats for about 5 minutes in medium-high heat.
Remove the oats from pan.
Add the coconut oil, maple syrup and pumpkin spice to the pan and mix well.
Add the rest of the ingredients, including the oats and mix until everything is combined.
Let cook in an oven pan, making sure it is spread out so that it cools evenly.
