Vegan Tropical Smoothie Bowl (With Protein)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 scoops vegan protein powder OPTIONAL
  • 2 tbs hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp maca powder
  • splash of oat milk any other milk works
  • Granola For topping, optional.
  • Strawberries For topping, optional.
  • chia seeds For topping, optional.

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients using the least amount of milk possible. Use the milk to help blend, but the less you use the thicker consistency will be achieved.
  • Serve in a bowl and add your favourite toppings.
