Serving this artichoke-spinach dip :
From experience, this dish goes best with tortilla chips or nacho chips. Something about the combination between crunchy chips and creamy cheesy dip, just works amazingly. However, a good loaf of bread goes well with this dip. Actually, a loaf of bread will also make the dish look more elegant. Crackers and flat bread could also work.
Tips and recommendations:
- BAKE JUST BEFORE SERVING. SERVE WARM.
- Cook the spinach first, or thaw frozen spinach.
- Unless you only eat healthy or vegan, I recommend trying the original recipe.
- If you have left over dip, then you can re-heat it the next day. Otherwise, you can mix the dip with fresh pasta for a quick and delicious pasta dinner.
Notes:
In the recipe you will read that there are four servings for this dish. Ignore me, if you are hungry or enjoy it, then by all means, eat the whole thing. You might regret it, but you shouldn’t. Just enjoy life, and this dip will make sure you do.
