Vietnamese Noodle Bowl Inspiration
This colorful bowl is full of flavors and textures that you will love! Inspired by
typical ingredients of Vietnam, this Vietnamese noodle bowl can be eaten in two ways: in the form of rice noodle salad or rice paper wraps.
The inspiration for this Vietnamese Noodle Bowl came from a restaurant in The Hague, The Netherlands that I love! It’s called “Little V” and I love having their rice paper rolls with the ingredients shown in the bowl. I usually have a Pho soup after, one of my favourite foods ever.
Vietnamese food is so fresh, healthy and delicious. Let’s explore two dishes that will impress whoever you serve it to!

with paprika, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, cilantro, rice noodles and your protein. Fold
