  • 1/4 cup honey or any natural sweetener of choice
  • Fresh strawberries sliced
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Dark chocolate shavings

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Base

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey and stir until smooth and well combined. This will be the creamy base of your bars.

Step 2: Spread It Out

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and evenly spread the yogurt mixture over the tray, forming a smooth layer.

Step 3: Add the Toppings

  • Sprinkle the strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, and dark chocolate shavings evenly over the yogurt. Gently press them down so they stick once frozen.

Step 4: Freeze Until Solid

  • Place the tray in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until completely solid.
