Frozen Yogurt Bars Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 g non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or any natural sweetener of choice
- Fresh strawberries sliced
- Fresh blueberries
- Coconut flakes
- Pumpkin seeds
- Dark chocolate shavings
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Base
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey and stir until smooth and well combined. This will be the creamy base of your bars.
Step 2: Spread It Out
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and evenly spread the yogurt mixture over the tray, forming a smooth layer.

Step 3: Add the Toppings
